indiginous people and the global warming

the biggest problem of the world today is the so called global warming, it is the continous increase of the temperature due to the different human activities which is harmful to our environment .it is also the reason why we are experiencing climate change and the concrete example of this is the horrifying flashflood and landslide which happened in different part of luzon. while in the other part of the country are experiencing drought.endeed global warming is a threat to the life of every human being.with this there are alot of non governmental organizations who find innitiative to cope with the problem.and for them the no. one player to respond the problem are the indiginous peoples since they mostly found in the mountinous and forestal area and aside from this they dont deny the fact that most of the industrialize country are already aware with the problem but ,they dont have appropriate respond to this.therefore they want indiginous people to be more vegelant and to be more protective in their environment. for me im not against with their innitiative but there are alot of questions that comes up in my mind because weither we like it or not our country is a part of the so called globalization. how indiginous peoples can protect their environment if still there are laws that allows any bussiness enterests to explore any minerals and other natural resources as long as they can comply all the requiments which the government required to them.infact there are some cases that indiginous peoples and other environment concern citizen is subjected to face consequences because of their dermination to protect their ancestral land as well as the environment .but, instead of gaining reward or even support from government of doing such good thing, they become rebels in the eye of the law, since according to this big business person their entry to the area is legally granted by the government.and it sad to say that this person can do what ever they want because they have enough money and the indiginous peoples had nothing to do but to close their eyes and keep their mouth shot .even if it is against their well. they had no choice because we cant deny the fact that in our country money is highly required inorder to attain justice.what i want to emphasize in this blog is that its not only indiginous people, and non governmental organazations should play the very significant role in resolving the problem but, even every organization in this country all existing institution every human being in this world should help its other to overcome or even just minimice the problem since the distruction of our environment and mother earth had already reached the highest proportion which the collective collaboration and cooperation is hihly needed.
